Summit Public Sector (demo) is scaling from founder-led to repeatable GTM. You will own definitions of pipeline, campaign attribution, and rep hygiene, then ship processes people follow because the dashboards finally look right.
What you will do
- Define a single set of account/opportunity fields with validation rules that stop garbage at entry, not a cleanup project each Friday
- Build reporting that ties marketing → SDR → AE → CS, with an honest look at what you can (and cannot) measure yet
- Run monthly data quality reviews: duplicates, owner drift, and stuck stages—with owners, not a blamey spreadsheet
What we need
- 2+ years RevOps or sales ops in B2B, with both Salesforce admin hands-on and GTM process instincts

A CRM cleanup plan for a real messy scenario, a role-play on enforcing process with a resistant VP Sales, and metrics deep-dive on a forecast miss.
