Finance Operations Analyst — Systems & Close

Finance systems owner who can talk to both controllers and IT.

Silverthread Robotics (demo) is going through rapid SKU and entity growth. You will own close tasks, intercompany, and the fixes when integrations between CRM, billing, and GL argue at month end.

What you will do

• Tighten reconciliations: clear ownership, automated tie-outs where safe, and exception queues with SLAs, not ad hoc email chains
• Partner with IT on iPaaS/ETL: fewer brittle CSV jobs, more monitored pipelines with alertable failures
• Document controls: what changed, who approved, and the audit trail SOX and investors expect when they ask a pointed question in week two

What we need

• 3+ years in finance operations or systems roles with real month-end close ownership

How we will interview you

A messy reconciliation case study, a NetSuite scenario with trade-offs, and a cross-functional problem with sales ops on a booking mismatch.
