Role at a glance

Ship a consumer-grade app in an enterprise context.

Bluepine Energy (demo) has technicians in the field. You will own architecture for sync, conflict resolution, and the offline UX that keeps people working when the tower drops—not a big red error with no path forward.

What you will do

  • Build modular features with clear state machines; avoid “global singleton that knows too much and breaks everything” rewrites
  • Instrument startup and frame drops with real field devices, not the simulator on a dev laptop
  • Work with design on motion, large type, and one-handed flows that survive gloves and bright sunlight, not Figma in a dark room only

What we need

  • 3+ years shipping iOS in production with sync or offline use cases at scale

How we will interview you

On-device performance review, architecture discussion on a sync conflict, and a practical App Store / enterprise distribution conversation.
