Quality is the release gate—and you own the gate design.

Riverside Health (demo) cannot ship a regression in dosage workflows. You will define the pyramid, the environments, and the data fixtures—then keep CI fast enough that teams do not “skip the flaky suite.”

What you will do

• Partner with SRE and security on test data: synthetic PHI, access controls, and audit evidence that QMS reviewers can follow
• Champion testability contracts in RFCs: seams for fake services, time control, and feature flags in tests that mirror prod paths
• Hire/mentor SDETs and embedded testers in squads: shared ownership, not a separate “QA phase” that appears at the end

What we need

• 4+ years leading QA in regulated or high-stakes systems (medical, fintech, or similar rigor)
• Hands-on Playwright (or similar) in CI, not just test management at a distance

How we will interview you

A test design exercise on a thorny workflow, review of a flaky suite you improved elsewhere, and leadership conversation on when to say “no release” to an exec with revenue pressure.
