Pinnacle Professional (demo) runs distributed consulting pods. You will make hiring predictable, comp fair and explainable, and new-hire experience tight—so managers spend time on clients, not on broken workflows.
What you will do
- Run global comp: bands, pay equity checks, and communication plans that do not surprise anyone at comp day
- Tighten HRIS + ATS integrations: fewer double-entry spreadsheets, more reliable reporting for the CFO and legal
- Partner with IT on lifecycle: provisioning, offboarding, and access reviews for SOC2/ISO evidence without inventing a project each audit
What we need
- 6+ years people ops/HRBP/HRIS leadership in fast-growing (200–2000) companies
- You have run at least one full comp cycle and one HRIS implementation or major upgrade
How we will interview you
Case on a messy comp rollout, a Workday/ATS scenario with trade-offs, and stakeholder mapping with a skeptical partner group. Culture screen with our COO last.
