Continuum Labs (demo) builds a shared PaaS for 40 squads. You will hire, coach, and set direction—while staying close enough to call out a bad design before it costs us a month.

What you will do

• Set quarterly platform themes (identity, data egress, test environments) and say no to everything else, in writing
• Build healthy on-call: rotations, handoffs, and blameless postmortems with tracked follow-ups the SVP can see
• Run predictable promotion paths: what staff looks like on your team, and how you pair newer TLs with sponsors

What we need

• 3+ years managing software teams that own on-call and customer-visible SLAs
• You can still read a Terraform diff and ask the right two questions in an RFC review

Manager round with your future peers, a scenario on prioritizing a reliability crisis vs. a feature deadline, and 360 reference depth from reports and XFN partners.
